"Complicated events require a competent captain. Someone who has a plan, knows how to execute it and never forgets a detail. Erin is a demonstrated professional and not only would I recommend her, I would hire her to plan my own events."

Camp Celebration.
This fun-loving couple chose to have their wedding not at your run-of-the-mill wedding venue, but instead at a day camp in the middle of the woods where the bride grew up adventuring: the rustic Powissett Lodge at Hale Reservation in Westwood, MA! A close friend to the couple orchestrated a well planned and very personal ceremony, including Indian traditions to officially welcome Emily into the groom's family. 'Happy, healthy and delicious' food was brought in by Guru The Caterer. The bride and groom were super organized with their planning but hired Erin to ensure they could enjoy their big day stress-free and not have to worry about all of the moving parts and pieces of the event. Erin Does was by their side throughout the planning to make sure they didn't miss a beat and to also get to know the clients' vision for the day in order to carry out all the loving touches exactly as they envisioned. Erin took care of all day-of setup and timeline coordination including flower arrangements and playing DJ for the ceremony. This wedding even included a JP Licks Sundae Party! Nahant Nuptuals.
This was the first time I was lovingly referred to as a ‘wedding wrangler!’ When I first met this fun-loving couple, they described their dream wedding to me as ‘a big party, which we happen to be getting married at!’ Working with them was such a blast. Held at the exclusive Cary Street Club on the breathtaking cliffs of Nahant, MA, their wedding day seemed to be out of a fairy tale. Gary D. Fine conducted an extremely personal and well-planned ceremony. Deliciously hip food was prepared on-site by the Heritage Truck Catering Company along with sweets from Kickass Cupcakes. The party continued strong into the night thanks to the talented sounds of GQ & the Lady. The bride put so much thought into all of the wonderful details and signage throughout the venue and the groom even built a custom bar with self-serve beer station! From conducting the rehearsal to meeting with the vendors and setting out the remaining decorations before the guests arrived, Erin Does was on top of it all! Everything went just as planned to start the happily-ever-after for this fantastic couple! Photos by Ellie Lukens Photography, Auburn, MA
From the couple: “We can't thank Erin enough for her outstanding work with our wedding. We had a backyard wedding, and she crushed it. She is organized, level headed, and has a great sense of humor. She was a huge reason our wedding flowed seamlessly. We can't thank Erin enough for her hard work! She made it possible for us to relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding stress free! You are such a wonderful person, and we are so blessed to have met and worked with you! Thank you again!”
"Erin, thank you for everything that you did to make Heather and Dan's day perfect. Carrying out all of Heather's special touches that made their day so special! You have been such a good friend to her and I'm so glad I played a small role in introducing the two of you. I hope to see you again!"

Multi-complex Multicultural Wedding.
For this lovely couple, their multicultural wedding was a weekend chock-full of events! For their main day of celebration, with the groom arriving on a white horse to drums, the ceremony in a public garden, and a reception at a swanky downtown event space, they knew they would be much too busy getting married, mingling with their 180 guests and dancing the night away to ensure all the gorgeous DIY decorations and vendors were managed correctly.
Enter, Erin Does! In conjunction with HONEYDEUX WEDDINGS & EVENTS, from consulting on the big day timeline and setup practicalities, as well as providing assistance and ideas for the DIY decorations and supplies, the day was a flawless celebration! Bright & early in the garden, we set up the ceremony space, guided the procession, directed and assisted guests and made sure we left the park space as clean as we found it. During bride-and-groom mandated "nap time," we transitioned to our evening wear and headed into town for the reception setup. At SODO Park, we created centerpieces, put candles out, and coordinated the musicians and other vendors. We continued to ensure the event ran smoothly throughout the night and oversaw the photo-booth. Photos by Ryan Flynn Photography, see more of his amazing work here.

From the Bride: "Erin made our wedding happen. She is the best! Talented, wonderful, and professional. Having her to discuss plans with in the days leading up to the wedding was hugely relieving because she always had a clever yet simple solution to any complications. Along with being organized and professional, she is creative with a wonderful eye for design. She really is a complete natural for wedding coordination and set up. Erin has also helped us get our place organized, which was badly needed. We are still using the systems she put in place because they work for us and make life easier!"
"I've witnessed firsthand what Erin does on wedding day. Make your life a little easier - hire her !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Light up the room.
Talk about DIY done right! This bride originally sought out Erin Does to coordinate additional lighting for her reception hall, but thanks to Pinterest, this ambitious bride ended up with two car loads of centerpiece components, decorations and personal touches to adorn her venue, Moseley's on the Charles in Dedham, MA. Throughout the planning process, Erin guided the bride on ideas and products to purchase to ensure the space was lit to mirror her sparkly personality. To ensure that all friends and family (nearly 300 guests including 11 bridesmaids!) could enjoy themselves, Erin worked with the staff at the venue to add string lighting, spruce up existing decorations and set out all of the components crafted with love by the bride and groom. From the Bride: "Erin was one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. She sure was the one who made our wedding so successful. Erin was the most calming presence in the planning period. I had Erin focus on decor for my reception hall and she blew it out of the water! It was amazing to walk into my reception hall and see it all fall into place. If you need a well organized person in helping you plan I'd 110% encourage you to reach out to Erin!"
Unconventional Venue.
This creative couple secured an unconventional venue (Humble Pie, a hot new pizza joint) for their wedding reception, after their simple garden ceremony. Erin Does was brought in to make sure all the pieces came together as planned. From going to the market to purchase flowers that morning, to ensuring every last candle was lit, we transformed this Friday night hot spot with its' gravel ground and chicken coop into a stunning and fun-filled evening celebration locale for about 100 guests...complete with cafe lighting and a photo booth!

From the bride (condensed): “...I was determined to do all of the planning and organizing myself. Well, a couple of months into planning, I started getting really worried about the logistics of the day-of…That's where Erin came into the picture. While we officially hired her as our day-of coordinator, she was much more. She helped me with countless details…the sheer number of decisions you have to make as you plan a wedding becomes overwhelming as you get closer to the big day. A couple of weeks before the wedding, we were able to completely hand off all communication with our vendors to Erin…I was able to completely enjoy that precious time with friends who I don't get to see very often because I knew Erin would take care of everything. The wedding day itself went completely smoothly (which I still can't believe) because I didn't have to worry about anything. Erin coordinated the set-up and transport of everything (did I mention my getting-ready location, ceremony, and reception were in three different places?) and even made time to help my maid of honor and I pick out flowers at Pike Place Market and make our bouquets. I am so thankful that Erin was our coordinator - we couldn't have done it without her!” Read the full review on yelp.
"Erin was a joy to have run my daughters wedding! Having a backyard wedding is stressful enough but having Erin I could relax and enjoy the wedding. We had 200 guests and she didn't bat an eye about dealing with that amount .. and in rain to boot ! I would recommend her for any event big or small."
